- Milad Tower Tallest tower in Iran. Built in between the Shahrak-e Gharb and Gisha districts of Tehran, it stands 435m high from base to tip of the antenna.
- Azadi (Freedom) Tower Symbol of Tehran, marks the entrance to the city. Built in 1971, it is 50m tall and is completely clad in cut marble. Azadi Tower combines Sassanid and Islamic architecture styles.
