How to prepare the presentation slides?

  • The time for presentation of each paper is 15-minute talk and 5-minute question and answer, hence the number of slides should be prepared for this timespan, not more or less,
  • The paper presentation is in English, hence all slides must be prepared in English,
  • The slide contents must be logic. Slide with too much contents or very low contents are not understandable or helpful, respectively,
  • The first slide includes the paper title, all authors name and family name, while the presenter is in different font color, the authors’ affiliations, and the date of presentation,
  • The second slide is “Contents”
  • The third slide is “Introduction”
  • The fourth slide onwards are the main discussion of the paper,
  • After main slides, one slide is for “Conclusion”,
  • The last slide is for thanking the audience, with a beautiful background,
  • Please prepare the slides as beautiful as possible,
  • In the slides give only the titles and subtitles (not sentences) that you want to talk about,
  • Give equations as less as possible,
  • If the content of the slide is derived from references, please cite them. The style of the slide references must be short. Give the first, second authors’ names and for references with more than two authors add et al. Then give the abbreviation of the journal name, and year of publication. Title of the paper, Vol. and pp. are not required.
  • The slide page number should be followed by “/” and then total number of slides.
  • Do not use too much effects in slides, but related movies are recommended,
  • Be careful for typos in slides. In a software with spell proofing, typos are unforgiveable.
  • If you haven’t uploaded the pdf and ppt files of the slides and the presentation film to https://nbox.kntu.ac.ir, you can upload them up to Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023 (17 Day 1401).
