How to be prepared for paper presentation?
- All the presentations must be in English,
- The time for presentation of each paper is 15-minute talk and 5-minute question and answer,
- For in-person type registration one of the authors should attend the conference for presentation,
- For virtual type registration, one of the authors should present the paper live,
- The slides of the presentation should be prepared based on the instructions given in Slides Preparation,
- For unpredictable situations, a 15-minute film of presentation should be prepared by one the authors,
- The prepared presentation film must be in “mp4” format and less than 30 MB,
- If the film is more than 30 MB, you can compress it by using free software downloaded from Internet. Do not zip the file,
- The power point file, its pdf and the 15-minute film must be uploaded to https://nbox.kntu.ac.ir. The Username is mmwatt and the password is December$. In the opened box, click on the + sign on top left of the page and then upload your files.
- If you haven’t uploaded the pdf and ppt files of the slides and the presentation film to https://nbox.kntu.ac.ir, you can upload them up to Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023 (17 Day 1401).
